ON AN AUTOMATICALLY RECURRING MONTH BY MONTH PAYMENT BASIS.

THE PAYMENT PLATFORM YOU SUBSCRIBE
WITH i.e. (DIRECT DEBIT, CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL etc.) WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE BILLED ON A MONTHLY BASIS THEREAFTER.

AUTOMATED EMAILS ALERTING YOU THAT THE PAYMENT WILL BE DUE ARE SENT PRIOR TO THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE.

AS OUR PAYMENT COLLECTION SYSTEM IS
AUTOMATED, 3 ATTEMPTS WILL BE MADE TO SECURE THE NECESSARY FUNDS TO CONTINUE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.

IF ON THE FOURTH ATTEMPT OUR SYSTEM IS UNABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY TRANSFER THE FUNDS FROM YOUR CHOSEN METHOD OF
PAYMENT, THEN YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATED. IN THIS CASE
YOU WILL HAVE TO RESUBSCRIBE TO CONTINUE AS A MEMBER.

 OUR SUBSCRIPTION PLANS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

2.1):   Plan 1 – Bullseye plan at $19.90 per month recurring.

2.1A:   Plan 1: A recurring payment of $19.90 per month
upon successful subscription to the Bullseye Plan until cancelled by either yourself or $2ECA.

3.0:   Subscription plan cancellation from the website:

Successful subscription cancellation must be made in one of the following methods:-

 3.0A:  
You may request to cancel your membership in writing via email to sales@2dollarerrorcoinsaustralia.com,
stating your wish to cancel your forthcoming recurring payment. $2ECA have the
ability to manually cancel your membership if you so request.

3.0B:  
You may request to cancel your membership via the email link that was generated and sent to you upon successful subscription via the $2ECA website. (Where applicable).

3.0C:  
If you do decide to cancel your membership where only part month has lapsed, your membership will remain active until the end of the current
subscription period, then it will cancel automatically, with no further billing. This can be done via 3.0A, if
assistance is required.

 4.0: Refund of pro-rata subscription/early subscription cancellation.

 4.0A:  
No pro-rata refund applies to memberships which are cancelled early/prior to the next billing cycle.

4.0B:  
No change of mind/early cancellation applies. The term of the subscribed month will be carried out.

 5.0:   Bullseye plan weekly and end of month prize/s giveaway terms:

 5.0A:  
One prize/s bundle will be drawn via live feed and offered to one winning member of the Bullseye subscription plan on a weekly basis (non end of month weeks), unless otherwise advised prior by $2ECA.

5.0AB:  
On the last Saturday of each calendar month, one major prize/s bundle will
be drawn via live feed and offered to one winning member of the Bullseye subscription plan unless otherwise advised prior by $2ECA.

5.0B:  
One winning name from the Bullseye plan will be drawn via live feed which will be held via our $2ECA Facebook
Subscribed members group $2ECA VIP SUBSCRIBED
MEMBERS GIVEAWAY GROUP.
, for each week and end of month prize/s.

5.0C:  
The live feed will be held from 8pm QLD time unless otherwise indicated
by $2ECA in advance of the said draw on our subscribed members Facebook Chat
group $2ECA VIP SUBSCRIBED
MEMBERS CHAT GROUP
 prior to the live being held.

5.0D:  
The live feed is a live interactive experience held in real time with subscribed members from all plans whom wish to watch and participate in the live draw. All subscribed members are able to participate.

5.0E:  The winner from the plan will be announced during the live feed.

5.0F:  The winner/s will be determined using either a random name generator,
where all of that subscription plans members names will be entered onto a spin wheel or other game of chance.

5.0G:  A timer will be set and upon completion of the countdown timer a winner
will be randomly decided by the game in play.

5.0H:  All members have equal opportunity in winning the prize/s on offer.

5.0I:  Members DO NOT have to be watching the live draw
to be eligible to win. As a subscribed member you are automatically entered
into the relevant draw.

5.0J:  The prize/s determined will be at the discretion of $2ECA in the form of
Sponsor donated prizes and/or $2ECA promotional prizes.

 6.0:   Prize pool for each plan.

 6.0A:   Bullseye weekly prize pool (non end of month prize
draw). The value of the prize pool will be between $50 and up to $150 AUD per week
determined at RRP or current market value.

6.0B:   6.0A:  
Bullseye end of month
prize pool (end of month prize draw). The value of the prize
pool will be between $700 and up to $1000 AUD per month determined at RRP or current
market value.

 7.0:   Bullseye subscription plan weekly
prize/s giveaway terms:

 7.0A:  $2ECA in addition to the end of month draw, will hold one weekly prize/s
giveaway for each week of the calendar month not involving the end of month
giveaway. (All other weeks.)

7.0B:  Members from the Bullseye subscription plan will be entered automatically into one draw for the opportunity to win the prize/s on offer. This is an all member inclusive prize.

7.0C:  You may refer to previous clauses (5.0C,
5.0D, 5.0E, 5.0F, 5.0G, 5.0H), as these components remain the same.

7.0D:   The weekly prize value will not exceed $150 AUD and be decided at the discretion of $2ECA.

 8.0:   HOW WINNERS WILL BE
CONTACTED.

8.0A:  The winning participants will be contacted either via Facebook Messenger
or E-mail in relation to their respective win in relation to postal details for
item/s to be sent.

8.0B:  Winners details may be passed on to our Sponsors in relation to the winning participants picking up Sponsor related prizes, for postal purposes.

8.0C:  Winners details will be held strictly confidential and only used for postage purposes of winning items through either $2ECA or its Sponsors.

 9.0:   Where winners names will be posted.

 9.0A: All winning members’ names will be posted to the $2ECA Facebook Subscribers Giveaway Group and $2ECA Facebook main group within 1 – 5 days.

9.0B: 2ECA may request winning members the use of their Facebook profile picture or a picture determined by the winner for use in promotional advertising in relation to members winning prizes,
however, this is not compulsory and at the members’ discretion.

 2ECA reserve the right to amend this document whenever necessary to comply with amendments/additional components
added to our subscription plans.
